Contact data you submit through our forms (name, email, company, role, message), CV files where provided, and basic technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
To respond to your enquiry, evaluate potential matches between candidates and mandates, send the newsletter you opted into, operate the site, and meet legal obligations.
Consent (newsletter, CV submission), legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry, mapping the talent market), and contractual necessity where we engage.
We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality, and with client companies strictly when you apply or consent to a specific mandate. We never sell personal data.
Enquiries: up to 24 months. Candidate profiles: while relevant or until you ask us to delete. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
